1. Do you have a catalog you can send
me?
We are currently using our website as a visual on-line
catalog to showcase just a few items that we carry. Many items come
in different sizes, styles, and species of wood. A true Barewood
Furnishings catalog would have thousands of items and end up looking like
a phone directory! Our selection of solid wood furniture is always
increasing as we add to our inventory. So, although we do not have a
catalog to send out, keep checking our website for new items
or come in and browse our new 8000+ square foot store, and flip through our
many vendor catalogs. You can also e-mail us what you are looking
for at furniture@barewoodkc.com
2. How do I find out prices for items on your
website?
We are adding more information
on each piece everyday-including prices. We will have all items
priced shortly! Until then, if theitem you are interested in is not
priced, just go to the Ask Bob
button, fill out the form and we will promptly reply (All information
received is kept strictly confidential-never shared). Please help us
out by including the category and item #.
3. How do I make a purchase on-line?
Click on the BUY NOW icon and
fill out the information. We will contact you shortly to confirm
your order and work out shipping or delivery. Please note that only
items designated UPS SHIPPABLE can be shipped. Everything is
available for local delivery. Keep watching our site, as we will have our
shopping cart up and running soon.

4. How much is shipping?
Items that are designated UPS
SHIPPABLE have a shipping price per carton (some items are shipped
two/carton for that price). All items are available for local
delivery or pick-up, and, we do offer delivery to outlying areas as well. Delivery rates vary
according to distance and number of pieces. You can call the store
to get specific costs at (913) 341-9888.
5. I need more information about an item I
saw on your website.

6. I saw a piece on you website I would like,
but I live in Alaska. How can I get something like it?
There are many retailers in the USA. Just double
click on the UFA icon on our home page and find a dealer closer to
you. Not all dealers carry the same vendors so you may not find the
exact same piece, but hopefully, there is something close that will be
available. Shipping unfinished furniture can be tricky-we recommend
any large purchases be made as close to home as possible to prevent
damage. Make sure you are aware of any return or refund policies as
well-most dealers have a restocking fee for returns.
